From the minute she got out of her car, there was an instant bond between us. She was referred to us by a friend and we found out Melissa was from our hometown in Pasadena, MD which made it even more special. Nothing like a hometown girl! She was so friendly and helpful and even added homes to see on our short time in Florida. We were only there for 3 days and she made sure we saw every house we chose from top to bottom. She is very knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of every home and if she didn’t have the answer she was on her phone getting it. She was impressive to us. My husband had to fly back down a second time and Melissa was right there for him and jammed packed houses for him to see. I was home recovering from surgery in Maryland but she FaceTimed me so I could see the houses and kept me in the loop.
