Melissa Carella

I am not a person of many words however all I can say about Melissa is that she is a caring knowledgeable real estate agent. She went above great in her performance for the sale of our house. Many thanks to you Melissa and we look forward to our future experiences in selling our other properties. Stay well and thanks again

Melissa really knows her stuff and is very professional! Got my property in contract in 10 days and sold 20 days after! She's very pro active dosen't just sit around and wait for things to happen. I would highly recommend.

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in both the purchase of our home in Venice and the sale of our home in Port Charlotte. Her guidance was invaluable on both the mechanics of a purchase and sale, as well as her assistance in market price for sale and purchase on both homes. We will recommend her highly for anyone looking for an agent in the area.

I have to say she is an incredible person. Very patient with me, when I fully did not understand what was going on. She was there to explain. Would highly recommend her.

When we thought about listing our home, we knew that honesty was key from the start. From market pricing to the sequential steps all the way to the finish, we were in professional hands with Melissa. We are so thankful for the hard work and determination that Mrs Carella gave to get us the fairest price.
