Had the privilege of working with Melissa. The best realtor we have worked with. She knew the market very well, was a great advisor, and is a great negotiator. She worked very well with the other agents during the buying and selling process and managed all facets of the buying/selling process. She was very patient and understood our budget, buying needs, and simply what we wanted in a house. I highly recommend Melissa and will definitely use her in our next real estate endeavor.
