I have nothing but utmost praise for Melissa! I witnessed her skill and talent as she represented my mother's home purchase. I was impressed enough that I called her directly to represent me as I sought to relocate my family. Every step of the way was facilitated by access to tools and information in a way that I literally had to do very little on my own (reading was my own task to complete... most of the time). Melissa was always available to answer questions, whether by email, text, and ocassionally phone. Once I selected a property to visit, she was very accommodating to my schedule and requests. Her willingness to find me experienced professionals for any issue or concern throughout the process was superb! Her advice in negotiations, whether price or accomodations, was always welcome. Her network of resources were made available to me that I could use them beyond the purchase phase of the property. At no point did I ever feel that an issue would arise that Melissa couldn't not only address, but resolve. Melissa is an absolute professional all-star! She exists at the level to which many others aspire. She will be my first call for any future property sales or purchases (mine or other whom I know).
