Melissa Birmingham

I have the home of my dreams and I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT Melissa's guidance. Melissa first reached out to me in 2020 after I inquired on a home for sale nearby my rental. I told her I wasn't in a spot to buy but my hope was to get there in the next few years. She kept me in mind during the holidays and would send handwritten cards just checking in. When it all came together and I was ready to buy, she was the only realtor that hadn't been pushy or, on the other hand, neglectful over those few years. She was available immediately and remembered details about what I wanted that I had even forgotten. She never wasted my time sending hundreds of listings, she scouted out what I might actually like. Then, she encouraged me to look at a home I wasn't keen on at first. She explained why it could be a good fit and i didn't have to walk past the front door to know... that was it. A huge smile was across my face the entire walk through- When people say "I couldn't have done this without you" they are speaking about situations like mine. I could NOT have found THIS house without Melissa. She committed to me. She got to know me. She Searched for me. She advocated for me. She listened to me. She didn't push me. She trusted me and my intuition and she did it all in a way where I was excited to see she was calling, excited to talk to her and now that I'm in my new house, I miss not seeing her for our house hunts. I could not have done this without her. No one else could have understood me like she did. I will forever be grateful and forever recommend working with Melissa in any capacity you get the change to.

Melissa is very knowledgeable, equipped and always ready to work. Always available to answer any questions I had through out the process of my home search. She believed in me even when I didn’t sometimes, and that made a big difference and kept me going till the end. I will definitely do this again with Melissa.
