Let me start off by saying there isn't enough stars for Melissa!! She is AMAZING!!! We faced a difficult situation. We have rented our now home for 7+ years. One day the owner decided they would up and sell and we knew we couldn't uproot our kids. South Tampa is a tough challenge right now but she tackled it head first. Melissa understood all this and got right to work. She was there for my every call night or day! She made us feel so supported. 10/10 recommend Melissa. If you get the chance to work with her I assure you, you won't regret it!

Melissa worked with us for an entire year as we were looking for our options. She kept in touch with us and assisted in the process of selling one home and purchasing a new construction home. She kept on touch with the builder and set up the home inspections. She was very responsive with messages and emails.

Through this process Melissa walked us through the various stages of selling a home. She had us participate in a guided Q&A with a home stager / interior decorator to prepare the house, which was extremely helpful. She arranged for a great photo shoot. We did our part and followed the suggestions and within a week we had several bids on our home. It was quick! The house looked great not only online but what you saw online was the home she helped prepare for an in person experience. She answered all our questions promptly day or night. She did a great job in finalizing the sale.
