Melissa was born in Chicago but has proudly called Louisville home since the age of 7. After more than 30 years in the legal field as a stenographer, she understands the true value of listening—and it shows. “Most of my clients have been with me for over 25 years. That kind of loyalty and trust means everything to me. They have become like family.” Now thriving in real estate, Melissa brings that same dedication and heart to helping clients buy or sell their homes. She hit the ground running, earning Rookie of the Year her very first year. She’s been married to her husband, Jack Arnold, for over 30 years and is the proud mom and bonus mom to four children—and six amazing grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. “My family is my happy place.
