Melissa was born in Chicago but has proudly called Louisville home since the age of 7. After more than 30 years in the legal field as a stenographer, she understands the true value of listening—and it shows. “Most of my clients have been with me for over 25 years. That kind of loyalty and trust means everything to me. They have become like family.”
Now thriving in real estate, Melissa brings that same dedication and heart to helping clients buy or sell their homes. She hit the ground running, earning Rookie of the Year her very first year. She also holds the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP)— credentials that reflect her passion for serving clients at every stage of life, including those in the military community.
Melissa is very energetic and driven and will work tirelessly to find your perfect home, whether it be as a buyer or seller. “The experiences and relationships I have developed over the years are invaluable to me as a Real Estate agent. It’s a very personal milestone, and you can trust me to be by your side every step of the process.”
She not only supports her clients here locally, she has also assisted clients transitioning to or from Texas, South Carolina, California, Michigan, Florida, Georgia and even France! Those connections and personal relationships led to her earning the Most Outgoing Referrals Award through Homepage’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World in 2024. Family is at the heart of everything Melissa does. She’s been married to her husband, Jack Arnold, for over 30 years and is the proud mom and bonus mom to four children—and six amazing grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. “My family is my happy place. I feel truly blessed.”
When she’s not working with clients, Melissa enjoys listening to live music, traveling, and visiting her son and daughter-in-law wherever the Air Force may take them —along with spending as much time as possible with her family and friends.
“Just give me the opportunity—I’ll take it from there!”
