Melissa is the best! We recently made a move from Colorado to Santa Fe. Melissa was available to answer questions as we prepared, and was ready to hit the ground running when the time came. She tirelessly showed us 10 houses in one day (some more than once), and provided good advice when it came to negotiations when we found "the one". While we have bought and sold several homes in the past, this process had its share of unexpected challenges... Melissa was always one step ahead and totally on top of everything. She was our advocate, and our presence on the ground when we couldn't be here. She worked well with the seller's agent, and had all the right connections to get things done when needed. She provided information and recommendations to help us get settled in. She is far and away the best of the many realtors we've worked with in the past, and we recommend her without hesitation.
