From coordinating cleaners and photographers, managing the junk removal, and even emptying the refrigerator, to setting up a remote closing with the title company, Melisa did it all. Her communication was excellent, keeping me updated on inspections, HOA details, and utility transfers every step of the way. If you need an agent who will go above and beyond, Melisa is the one!
