Melinda was recommended to us by a friend. She was kind and compassionate to our situation which was selling my mother's townhouse, quickly as we emptied it. Her suggestions and encouragement made the entire process easier. Even though she felt we needed to do some updating, we opted to sell "as is" which was an emotional choice for me. To see my mother's beautiful but dated house looking shabby was tough. Melinda was supportive and positive and kept me positive. Her treatment of my 92 year old mother was kind and understanding and again, compassionate. My mother was very comfortable with her from the very beginning, trusting her completely.
