For years, I would drive through Shady Hollow and dream of owning a home in this neighborhood. Melinda made what seemed an impossible dream a reality. Purchasing a home in the spring of 2022 was a daunting task. Every time we found a home that we loved, we offered high and were outbid by insanely overinflated cash offers. Melinda was patient, attentive, and always positive. When an older home finally came on the market in Shady Hollow, Melinda made sure we were some of the first people through the door to see it. The listed price was a little over our budget -- we walked away feeling we couldn't compete considering all of our over asking price offers had been declined. Melinda wasn't discouraged.
