I don't know if we can say enough about Melinda and how she helped make our dream of owning a place in Florida come true. We of course are from out of state and how she worked with us on the one occasion when we could be there was just wonderful. And when we couldn't be there she met with my sister and nephew and face timed us to show us the property - which was the one we purchased. I just can't say enough on how great she was at keeping in contact with us and explaining the process to us and making sure we weren't missing something that would hold up our closing. Born and raised in Ft Myers, I now live in Kentucky. My mom, who is 84 years old has been a resident of Ft Myers since 1970. When she decided to sell her house and move to Kentucky, I was completely overwhelmed. I was busy at work and nine hundred miles away from Ft Myers. This is where Melinda Leake enters the story. Obviously, their Professionalism is Second to None. The results speak for themselves. But it goes deeper than that. Melinda and Kelly made my mom, an 84-year-old senior citizen, feel like the most important person on their schedule. And we were nine hundred miles from the property.
