We met Melinda at an open house she was hosting. We showed up a couple minutes late as we were attending a birthday party and she was very welcoming and willing to show us the home. We had just started the process of purchasing a home and she was more than capable of answering many questions we had. We did not go with the home we looked at that day and she sent us some similar homes in the desired area we’d were in and showed us a few that met our interests and she was available to us all the time. Then another was posted and she sent it right away and on my next day off from work we went to see it. We put in an offer quickly as we felt it would go fast. She made the contract quickly and we were able to have it signed and submitted that evening and she worked late for us. She helped with finding us a great lender and helped with all the ins and outs of the inspection and appraisal processes. We were able to close about a month later. She was there for closing and even helped later after we got the keys to our new home when we needed to get something else figured out. She went above and beyond to pick up something for us across town and bring it to our neighborhood for us to receive. Melinda is very personable and is there for you. She is not pushy does not spam you. She was such a pleasure to work with and with us being first time homebuyers we felt very comfortable with her and could really trust her. If we purchase here again we will definitely be contacting Melinda. I will recommend her to friends and family. Melinda even gave us excellent closing gifts catered to us and our 3 children. They felt included in the process which we did not expect and greatly appreciated. Melinda is there for you and your family all the way through and even after the sale is done.
