Great recomdations on a great price to buy and sell at. We had great success. Paperwork was all completed in a timely manner. The only thing that I wish was a bit better was updating or checking in if things took a bit longer on the other end of the deal. If something was to be signed on a certain date and that date was here we would Sometimes have to ask what was going on instead of being updated. Other than that Melinda was great thats why we used her services twice.
