Melinda actually is the one who pointed the place out to me - I had skipped over it during my online viewings!! We were on the phone talking about another place and she said - you really need to look up this townhouse - it was GORGEOUS in the listing - I said - if this place is even HALF as awesome in person, this might just me "my place"!! Well let me tell you - I seriously "fell in love" with it the second I did a walk through. Melinda worked her magic and used every trick in the book she knew of to make sure my big would be the one they accepted. I moved in last week and just can not believe I now live there - it's everything I hoped for and more!! Melinda ROCKS!!
Melinda is just amazing! As I said earlier, due to a regulation change with Fanny/Freddie - trying to sell my place was a VERY difficult prospect. She was sure she could do it so we started the process. To add to the situation, I found and fell in LOVE with a new place rather quickly so the clock was ticking on whether or not we could find the right buyer for my condo in time. Melinda had to talk me off the ledge several times - she is so calm and sure of her skills.
