Melinda actually is the one who pointed the place out to me - I had skipped over it during my online viewings!! We were on the phone talking about another place and she said - you really need to look up this townhouse - it was GORGEOUS in the listing - I said - if this place is even HALF as awesome in person, this might just me "my place"!! Well let me tell you - I seriously "fell in love" with it the second I did a walk through. Melinda is just amazing! As I said earlier, due to a regulation change with Fanny/Freddie - trying to sell my place was a VERY difficult prospect.
