Melinda is just amazing! As I said earlier, due to a regulation change with Fanny/Freddie - trying to sell my place was a VERY difficult prospect. She was sure she could do it so we started the process. To add to the situation, I found and fell in LOVE with a new place rather quickly so the clock was ticking on whether or not we could find the right buyer for my condo in time.
