Was looking for someone straight-forward, patient, and intent on having our best interests in mind. Melinda showed those qualities in our first interview. I would've liked to meet Melinda in person at one of the showings (all our interactions were over the phone/computer), but can understand her limitations especially with a toddler during these pandemic times. Kerry has been amazing being our main showing agent. She also is very approachable and able to explain things in layman's terms while throwing in some of her iconic humor. If it wasn't for the Elmer team, we probably would not have been able to find a house in this crazy seller's market right now. The only downside with working with them is that they partnered with Saxton mortgage (we just had a poor experience with them). Other than that, I would refer this all-female A-team in a heartbeat!!
