On the selling end, she was patient when I thought I'd be ready to sell a year sooner, and helped me address changing & unpredictable markets with appraisals and smart strategies. Throughout all of these exchanges, she communicated clearly and kindly with reliable information, strong ethics, honesty, and great advice. (For what it's worth, my home went under contract in a day and closed in less than a month at a great price!) Melinda goes above and beyond throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers we weren’t really sure of what was going on. Melinda advised us on multiple properties, parts of town, values - keeping both short-term and long-term goals in mind. She always had our interest first and built trust with us incredibly fast. She’s a true client advocate and will not settle for anything subpar. Her connections across the state help tremendously as well from home inspectors, GC’s, hvac, plumbers, etc. When you are making a decision as big as buying a home - you need someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and an advocate. Melinda is all of these. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly work with her if we move again.
