Melinda goes above and beyond throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers we weren’t really sure of what was going on. Melinda advised us on multiple properties, parts of town, values - keeping both short-term and long-term goals in mind. She always had our interest first and built trust with us incredibly fast. She’s a true client advocate and will not settle for anything subpar. Her connections across the state help tremendously as well from home inspectors, GC’s, hvac, plumbers, etc. When you are making a decision as big as buying a home - you need someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and an advocate. Melinda is all of these. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly work with her if we move again.
