Melinda is a knowledgable and informative about the market especially in and around the Flagstaff area! The statistics presented on her website were what first interested me to work with her. Melinda is extremely professional, but personable and genuinely cared (still does as she checks in regularly about how we are doing and the house) about our best interests. She accommodated our last minute trip to town to look for houses. What was available on the market during that trip she had seen several times and was undesirable. However, she took the time to show each property and patiently allowed us to form our own opinions. Melinda used that time to better understand our wants and needs, not seeing it as a waste of time because the houses were not a good purchase. When we found our home there were multiple bids within the first 24 hours on it. Thanks to Melinda's personable letter about our family and why we wanted to purchase their home, we were selected to buy the home. Against a cash offer with no contingencies we were choosen BECAUSE of Melinda's letter and work! Since we moved from out of state Melinda handled our closing very smoothly using a well kept timeline. She was on site for the inspection since we lived out of town which put us at ease. Most importantly, she helped keep me at ease at closing when we had to push back the closing date due to the lender. Melinda provided guidance and was very responsive with communicating between all parties. I can't say enough about her amazing work ethic!
