First off, I am a first time home buyer that moved to a new state! I was referred to Melinda and from the first conversation over the phone, I knew she was going to be a great realtor. Melinda took the time to get to know me and my family and our wants/needs in a home. She took the time to explain and show me different areas that I was interested in. I had a strict budget and Melinda made sure to show me homes that fit what we had talked about. She was ALWAYS positive and always made time for my questions and thoughts. She was always quick to reach out to other relators when I would message her about certain properties. I would refer her to my family and best of friends. If you want to find a good home then Melinda would be the perfect fit. She reminded me that there are good people in this world!! I now get to walk into a home with a big smile and listen to my little one tell me how happy is with our new home!!
