An awesome real estate agent!
Melanie did everything she could to help us sell our house and find a new one. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and about pricing homes. The home we sold is a mobile and there are different loans for mobiles. It was a learning process for us and for her. She got up to speed very quickly. There were several complications in our transactions and she helped us weather all of them. When we finally closed on our house, she helped us clean and pack. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She will do what it takes to get you out of and into a house.
