I retired and moved to Atlanta. Had to sell my house and two lots while being 400 miles away. In addition my sister died of covid and had to sell her house. Melanie got them all sold at good prices but more than that was tieless in helping me get them ready to sell! Can’t say enough about her making it happen!

We first met Melanie when we were looking for a home to rent in the N.Florida area. She worked late into the evening until she found a property that fit our needs. A few days later the perfect home came on the market and we decided to buy rather than rent. While we were still living 5 hours away, she walked through the house describing it over the phone for us and helped us in making the decision to make an offer. Once the offer was accepted, she communicated with us constantly, attended the home inspection and provided us with all relevant information about the property. She helped us through the whole process and was there whenever we needed her. We can't say enough about her professionalism and desire to make the purchase as trouble free as possible. She did an amazing job for us and had a cheery disposition throughout it all. We feel so blessed to have found someone that worked so hard to make our dream home a reality. She is the best!.
