We had the most wonderful experience selling our home with Melanie. We were referred to her by two friends who also have bought and sold with Melanie in the past. Melanie went above and beyond to make sure we got the best offer for our home. She was able to get the buyer to increase their offer, which was already above asking. She took care of everything, and really lightened our stress load, as we had already moved to Texas. She even took care of a problem with our alarm company not wanting to turn off our service when the sale closed (30 day notice rule). She called them personally, and the service was promptly turned off, as we had kept receiving alarm notices even though the buyer was not using the system. She is a gem!
