She took care of everything, and really lightened our stress load, as we had already moved to Texas. She even took care of a problem with our alarm company not wanting to turn off our service when the sale closed (30 day notice rule). She called them personally, and the service was promptly turned off, as we had kept receiving alarm notices even though the buyer was not using the system. She is a gem!
