Moved to Florida and liked the golf at Continental which had a real estate office on site. Met Melanie and she showed me homes for sale. I purchased one and had a quick settlement set up in 10 days. She provided me with a home inspector and because of some issues she worked to negotiate a much lower price. She worked hard for me and I appreciated her expertise.
