Mel was terrific from the start. We looked at several homes in the Continental Country Club. Made an offer that didn't get accepted. Finally w/ Mel's help we bought the one that was perfect. We paid cash, thirty days later we closed. I am a retired lender. I wish all realtors worked like Mel.

She went above and beyond on day of closing by waiting at the title bureau for us to get two money transfers so we could close on our home. She also called citizens bank and helped us to get a transfer of funds from a bank back in. Ohio. We just got the transfers with minutes left at end of day for title bureau to close for the day. She sat there almost all day for us, to make sure we got our keys, because we were having furniture deliveried the very next day. Thank you Melody!!!
