Excellent! The situation was unusual!
Our house was not up for sale. We had thought about it but decided not to sale. Wasn’t listed. We ended up with a knock on the door, people interested in area, cash offer, quick close, plenty of time to get out. The other group had an agent so we retained Melanie. Thank goodness, she did a great job of dealing with the other agent and what issues did come up. We were more than happy with what she did to help us through! Flexible, on top of issues, energetic!
