Working with Melanie

Working with Melanie was a pleasure and pretty much seamless. Although there were a few glitches which were not her fault or under her control, she stayed on top of them and walked me through any issues that came up. She was very prompt in returning my calls if I had questions or concerns. If she didn't have the answer she would check into it and call me right back! I would recommend her to others without hesitation, if fact I have already recommended her! I would also like to mention that she has a good personality, friendly and cheerful. (didn't know about RateMyAgent)
