Melanie Howell came to real estate from the banking world. While working as a branch manager for US Bank and being in the top 1% in the Company nationwide, Melanie realized she was ready for a change and wanted a career in which she could have an impact on the lives of others. Her husband was a Coldwell Banker Bain broker in the past and she was familiar with the company’s cores values and missions.
She was born and raised in Germany for half of her life and was lucky to travel to numerous countries around Europe with her family during that time. Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Turkey, Spain and France were just a few of the places she had the chance to experience. For the past 20 years, Melanie has called the PNW home, is a proud stepmom to two grown children and lives in Spanaway with her husband. They enjoy traveling and short trips to our fabulous wine country in eastern Washington as well as camping.
Firmly committed to ethics, Melanie is proud of doing the right thing, even when it isn’t convenient. She is known for her integrity and tenacity. Melanie came to the US on her own 23 years ago and has created a beautiful version of the American dream for herself with little help from her family.
When asked what her proudest accomplishment was as a broker, she immediately thought of how good it felt to give a recent client the keys to her new home. Melanie Howell, once again, impacting lives.
