Gives thoughtful advice based on expertise and not based on trying to make the most commission. This is often in realtors. I've had many experiences with realtors in my budget tier taking long to respond, not willing to do even the bare minimum but draw up a contract. If you are matched with Mel consider yourself lucky. I wouldn't use anyone else in North Florida.
