Melanie and her assistant Savannah were incredibly helpful in finding us a home. We moved from out of state so we were in a bit of a time crunch to find a place and they were always very responsive and on the ball - responding to us after hours and weekends, we always felt prioritized. My wife and I had a terrific experience working with Melanie. We started our home search in Pearland but decided to shift to the Woodlands. (50+ miles away) When we told Melanie she was supportive, enthusiastic and extremely flexible with her time. Most importantly the process was smooth and timely.
