Melanie and I first met prior to my mother-in-law's passing. We needed to sell her home to help with assisted living costs since her dementia had worsened. Melanie was patient and understanding while we worked to obtain the proper documentation from doctors and then the unforeseeable shook us. We lost my MIL and then had to figure out whether to continue the sale as POA or start again as an agent of the trust.
