Melanie and Shelly both proved to be just that. Smart, honest and experienced. Through the selling process we had opportunity to meet several Realtors. I'd like to think that all were honest, but some just weren't too bright (my opinion). Without proper guidance it would be very easy to leave money, lots of money, on the table. I'm a retired Estimator/Salesman. After decades of experience I truly appreciate good council. These ladies know what they're doing. I told them what my bottom number was. They suggested I ask nearly 8% more. Then, to my delight, they went to work and made that happen. They know the market, they have the skills. If I have occasion to buy or sell Real Estate again, I'll have Gemini in my corner. Too many folks out there selling Real Estate that should be selling shoes.
