Melanie was on top of everything from first view of the house until after close of escrow. She and/or Shelly never failed to keep me updated on progress and returned my calls and emails almost instantly. Because the house was 60 years old +, there were a few issues along the way, but even though it seemed unrealistic at the time, we were able to close escrow by year-end 2020, which was my goal. Actually the goal was to be in excrow by 12/31/2020, so Mel and Shel met and exceeded that goal.
I put my house up for sale in early spring 2020. Shortly after signing everything and having everything prepped according to the advice of Shelly and Melanie COVID -19 hit the world. Through out the entire process I was kept informed and in a most difficult time they creatively kept potential buyers and agent for my home informed of its status. We went through a long spell of not being able to show the property physically so they would arrange virtual walk throughs. At one point most unfortunately Shelly actually got sick from COVID-19 but one would not have known it in regards to the professional attention Melanie was able to provide. These ladies are an excellent warm attentive, knowledgeable, honest team and I highly recommend them. They actually do what they say they can do.
