When we first met Melanie Baker we were extremely impressed with her skills as a realtor. She came prepared to a showing with comps and other properties in the area we might be interested in along with supplying additional information we might need in order to make an informed decision. Although we didn't purchase at that time, we knew we had a competent realtor if we ever located a house in the area. Melanie is someone you feel like you've known forever - more like a friend looking out for your interests. The following year, we found a property that interested us. It already had a contract on it. Still, Melanie took the time to help us place a "back up" offer on it. The first contract fell through and we ended up purchasing the house! At every turn we felt comfortable with her capabilities and problem solving skills. I believe she was just as excited as we were to close the house! We would gladly refer any friends or family to her without hesitation.
