Meghan was such a gift to me throughout my real estate experience! I was selling the house of my friend of 54 years after her death. The process was fraught with emotion, not to mention 47 years of accumulated belongings inside the house, and the market was doing crazy things. Megan did extensive research to determine the appropriate asking price under the shifting circumstances, helped me identify an estate sale company, staged a lovely open house, followed up quickly with all interested parties, organized the removal of remaining items when I was running out of steam, and even swept the floor for me at the end! I could not have asked for a more competent or compassionate realtor.

I found Meghan online went looking to list my brother's house, best find ever. I didn't live in town so really needed her help to get the house ready to sell and she made the grade. Help should be her middle name. After everything I went through before finding Meghan it was nice to experience a smooth close.
