Meghan was tasked with selling my home over a single weekend, because the home I was trying to purchase was a contingency sale and those sellers agreed to hold it off the market for a week to get my home sold. Meghan negotiated that deal for me. It was a tense time. We decided to sell on a Thursday. Meghan staged my house on Friday. Held two days of open house events (Saturday and Sunday) and the house was sold by Monday evening. She is a positive and tireless warrior for her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure the client is comfortable at every stage of the process. She also is willing to do what the client wants. I didn’t want to sell my home till I found one I wanted to move to. But this made it difficult to purchase a home in a heated sellers market when homes were getting multiple offers. Her advice to me from the beginning was to sell my house but she never insisted we do that…although in the end that is exactly what happened. She knows, through experience and natural instinct what it’s going to take to make deals. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the details of going to contract. She is an interior designer and can help you envision how to make a place come to life. And it’s also important to mention she is a blast to hang out with. She made me laugh constantly, which is saying a lot since I was in the middle of a divorce and life seemed pretty bleak. She is an ace of an agent. Hire her without hesitation.
