If I could give Meghan more than 5 stars, I would! What an amazing realtor. Seriously. From start to finish, Meghan was there to guide me step-by-step, answer all of my questions, and give me reassurances and advice. As a first time home buyer, I was especially nervous about the process. But she listened to me, was SO responsive, and most of all, a joy to work with. There was never a day that Meghan didn't greet me with a huge smile, and at least 10 minutes early for all appointments and meetings! She is beyond punctual, and always kept in touch with me early mornings, nights, weekends, and probably also in her sleep. You will simply not find another realtor who works as hard as she does. I cannot recommend her enough - her knowledge of Monmouth County and surrounding areas is expansive. And if you ask her a question she doesn't know, you better bet she'll have an answer for you within the next hour. Comps in the neighborhood? Done. Nearest grocery store? Got it. What about crime rates, parks, weather patterns, ice cream shops, a local handyman? She knows it all! A++++

When I first started looking I called other realtors, who acted as if they didn't really need to work. Asbury Park is red hot and to find a place can be difficult and to find a dependable realtor may be even worse. Well, I cannot say enough about Meghan and how helpful she was to me when looking for a house. Meghan exceeded my expectation and actually thought of what I needed before I did! She did research on the area, knew what felt like the right fit for me. She was caring, considerate, and readily available. I was always able to trust and depend on her to get all aspect of the offer done. From looking for a place to closing on the house Meghan was there. I have even began sending referrals. You cannot go wrong if you pick her as your agent.
