While I was working from home at the start of COVID in March, I took many long walks to break up my days. I currently rent in Bradley Beach and knew I wanted to stay in the area and also wanted to maintain a water view. Meghan was the most comprehensive agent we have ever worked with. What started with an on-line simple home inquiry turned into what felt like a personal quest by her to find us exactly what we were looking for including a price point that we couldn’t veer from. We never met her or spoke to her before that inquiry. We had multiple “must haves” that we detailed for her in our initial phone contact from her. She assured us that if its out there then she would find it. Well she did just that. No wasted time on visiting properties that didnt have our minimum requirements. She doggedly pursued every answer to every question we had. She worked with property management people to ensure any obstacles would not become issues. So many more “little things” that she took care of that are too long to list. In our mind this is what a realtor should be doing to service a client. We enjoyed being in her company so much so that a funny thing happened along the way. We became friends. She feels like family. Thats the type of person we want to work with. You should too. If I could give Meghan more than 5 stars, I would! What an amazing realtor. Seriously. From start to finish, Meghan was there to guide me step-by-step, answer all of my questions, and give me reassurances and advice. As a first time home buyer, I was especially nervous about the process. But she listened to me, was SO responsive, and most of all, a joy to work with. There was never a day that Meghan didn't greet me with a huge smile, and at least 10 minutes early for all appointments and meetings! She is beyond punctual, and always kept in touch with me early mornings, nights, weekends, and probably also in her sleep. You will simply not find another realtor who works as hard as she does. I cannot recommend her enough - her knowledge of Monmouth County and surrounding areas is expansive. And if you ask her a question she doesn't know, you better bet she'll have an answer for you within the next hour. Comps in the neighborhood? Done. Nearest grocery store? Got it. What about crime rates, parks, weather patterns, ice cream shops, a local handyman? She knows it all! A++++
Highly recommend! I recently used Meghan for both the sale of my condo in Asbury Park and purchase of a townhouse in Keyport. I cannot emphasize enough how above and beyond Meghan went to guide me through the process and ensure that I was well-taken care of the entire way. I know a few realtors that had come recommended but I decided to go out on a limb and use Meghan after she promoted herself in my building with very thoughtful postcards that emphasized Asbury events and tips on condo living. I was really impressed by how useful each of these postcards were. I got a good vibe from Meghan and appreciated her knowledge of the Asbury market when I first met with her and decided to give it a shot. For the next five months, Meghan continuously impressed me. She helped me prepare my condo and I had an offer within 24 hours of going on the market. She created a video and promoted my condo extremely well. I ended up with over-asking thanks to Meghan. That was the easy part. She then proceeded to guide me through the arduous process of buying. I saw countless houses and townhouses and was under contract for two separate places (underlying issues uncovered during inspection for both) before finding the right one. She always told me to trust my gut, never pay more than what I thought something was worth, not to settle, and that I would know when I found it. Not once did I feel Meghan was pushing me into something. She rode the roller coaster right alongside of me. And now two months after closing, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
