Megan helped us buy our new home so there was so hesitation using her to help us sell our old home. Megan is wonderful and got us prices based on comparable properties and the local market. She really put her all into our listing, posting online (coming soon and then listing), hosting an open house, and adding extra touches such as custom magnets, air fresheners, and booties. She made herself available to us anytime and was very quick to communicate and advise when we asked. She got us well over asking price and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
