Megan was very professional and prompt. She was very help ful in finding me my first house and very enthusiastic about showing me houses and getting the best deal possible. I had some problems happen on my end and she was very fast to help explain the situation and help to find a solution. Megan made everything very smooth and fast to get me into my first home. Will definitely use again if/when i buy/sell another.
On a whim and push from our teens, we agreed to look at some listed properties. From the moment we met Megan, I expressed to her that we weren’t looking to move unless it was something that we absolutely fell in love with because we loved our home, so this was an uphill battle. Within 2 days, some quick showings and some nudges to be open-minded, Megan had us standing in the home of our dreams (teens included!) and writing an offer within a few hours! ♥️ We didn’t even have our home for sale so within a week, it was on the market, had an open house and showings and purchase agreement signed! Megan made the whole listing and negotiation process so smooth, keeping us in the loop the entire time. She even stayed on top of our buyers’ lender to make sure both transactions were smooth and completed quickly. From the day we wrote the agreement to closing, it was 24 days, while our current home was closed within 16 days! I wish I could express the appreciation we have for Megan and every person she put us in contact with during the process (lender, inspection, etc). She truly has a passion for helping families find their home match. We have decided to keep Megan part of our family forever.
Megan was always there and made herself available to discuss any of my needs/wants/concerns with buying my first home. I was looking at homes in at least 4 different counties, and she didn’t mind at all. In the end, I found my forever home, and she was very helpful. It was like working with a friend.

Megan was a fantastic agent. Me and my husband are first time home buyers. We didn't even know where to start on looking at homes or get approved. She talked us through all of it. She worked with our schedules and was very flexible. We where able to call or text anytime with fast response times. She even help go over papers if we didn't understand them. She showed us homes in our budget. She also went through and pointed things out that we might not even think of to look for. It was over all an amazing experience working with her. I would recommend her to anyone I know that is buying a home. We are young home buyers and heard all the nightmare of buying a home and the stress. I never once felt that or didn't understand anything my whole process. Overall she is amazing to work with. I highly recommend.
