Megan was excellent to work with! Very strong market knowledge, a great sense of how our home should be staged and a very good photographer. Megan had great communication and kept things moving forward even when I was distracted by other life events. Megan recommended a higher price than we thought and her advice paid off, we had many offers over asking. We felt we got the maximum selling price for our home.
