Megan was extremely easy to work with, very professional, and did an excellent job helping us get as prepared as possible. Between being communicative, available, knowledgeable, and handling open houses/showings like a champ I highly recommend her if you’re at all in the market for buying or selling a home.

I cold messaged Megan because I wanted to look at a house very badly that was just listed. She and I are in a for mom’s Facebook group in our town! Otherwise, we had never met before. She agreed and showed us the home and at that time we weren’t 100% sure if we were going to move. It had to be the perfect home for our family. We searched for about 3 months and looked at MANY homes. Until one day we found THE HOUSE! I remember telling my husband it was this house or we aren’t moving. As soon as we pulled up in the driveway and my kids got out and were running across the 5 acres. I said this is the one, and after seeing it inside I really knew it was the one! Well we hit some road blocks along the way and the sellers had accepted someone elses offer but wanted us to sign on as a back up offer so we had to wait 30 days.....which turned in to 45 days all while still looking at other houses. We were approaching day 45 and I had said out loud to Meg and my husband “it’s time I let that house go...” even though deep down I didn’t want to. And that same afternoon we got the call that it was OURS! And within 10 days our current home we were in was photographed and listed for sale. In 24 hours we had multiple offers many over asking price, and our home sold. We ended up closing on both homes on the same day!!! Thank you Meg for not giving up on us, we knew where God was leading and we couldn’t stray. And Meg went to bat for us so many times!

Megan has helped us with several real estate transactions, and at this point, there’s no one else we trust. She’s always available to answer questions, and is great at finding solutions to unexpected problems. Megan is the only Realtor we recommend!
