Megan is fantastic. She's super friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about Denver neighborhoods and their history, how they've changed, and all the cool shops and restaurants nearby. She pointed out several items within some houses to consider that we may not have though of, including some issues specific to Denver, like she recognized a house that was recently flipped using cheaper materials and some shortcuts that made us more hesitant. Clearly not pushing us to buy right away! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home and have already given her contact info to friends.
