Megan is receptive, understanding, and really quickly understood our needs. Once she knew what we were looking for, she gave clear, unbiased, and helpful feedback in moments we felt uncertain. It was wonderful to have a realtor who was invested in finding the right home for us as much as we were. We HIGHLY recommend Megan! In fact, we already have--we've told all of our friends about her and another couple is already working with her (and they love her too). When I worked with Megan, I was just coming off a bad experience of working with an agent in Texas. He was rude and wouldn't listen and just was disrespectful. Anyway, this isn't about him..my point is that based on my two different experiences with realtors, my number one piece of advice would be to work with someone you actually like as a person and who is nice. And Megan is those things! She was so easy to work with--she listened to our thoughts, gave us her honest opinion and professional advice, advocated for us in the transaction, connected us with great people to work with (mortgage broker, inspector, title company etc) and she was honestly just fun to hang out with. The difference in working with Megan was also apparent when every time we worked with someone else in the house-buying process they all raved at how great and professional she was. Home buying (or selling) in addition to obviously being a giant financial decision, is personal and emotional and interpersonal dynamics are important. Megan has it all! We definitely would work with her again.
