Our Mother suddenly had passed away and we had to sell swiftly. I reached out to Megan and she was more than happy to help us prepare and list as soon as possible. Sadly we had to sit through a long Probate Process in the county and she stuck with us through thick and thin. She went above and be on with helpfulness as we waited for the courts. She spent time at the property making sure repairs were completed and helped around getting the outside ready for the new buyer . All the paperwork was sent over quickly for our review and to be signed, She made the process so less stressful as me and my brother hadn't gone through this before. The courts finally let us sell the home to the buyer whom waited patiently like we did and sat right next to me during closing guiding me though the paperwork to be signed. I cant say enough about her expertise and insight as she went from just being our real-estate agent to my life long friend. If you want confidence in an agent and you are on the fence about who to choose to be that listing agent look no further she is the one !
