Ryan is fantastic! When we first met with him to discuss selling our home and buying a new home we had some reservations. Ryan listened to our concerns, answered our questions and provided a timeline of what needed to be done prior to listing. He also listened to what we needed from a new home and the things we wanted. Our home listed on a Thursday, we had 4 showings and we happily accepted an offer within 24hours. Then the hunt was on for the right house. A week after selling Ryan called to tell us a new listing had posted and he thought it was perfect for us. He called the other realtor and was able to get us a showing just a couple of hours later. Upon the walk through it met absoutely everything we had told Ryan about (3 bedrooms on one level, 2+ bathrooms, open concept kitchen/living/dining room, deck, yard and storage space).
