Billie went above and beyond her duties as a listing agent. Not only did she just list her house she proactively found a buyer for us. Our condo needed a few minor repairs since it hadn't been occupied in about 2 years, and she found good and reasonably priced contractors to do the job. During the time we were waiting to close the hurricane hit Fort Myers. As soon as Bilie was able to get out of her house she went and visited the condo and made sure that it had no hurricane damage. I would definitely recommend Billie for anyone that needs real estate assistance.

Billee Silva has worked with us over the past three years to find a home that meets our needs. Throughout this tough market she has stayed with us, keeping our spirits up, finding listings as they become available and some even before they were on the market. She worked tirelessly with our unusual availability. Pre Hurricane Ian we made an offer on a home which the severity of the storm put on hold. While working through her own storm issues Billee continued to support us by providing lists of local insurance agents, contractors, and working around a Title Company that was closed due to storm damage. She was able to expedite a closing process, almost by magic, ensuring that we had a home to move into after our home was a complete loss. We recommend Billee Silva because she is the consumate professional, works tireless with both her follow up and good cheer.

A Truly 5 Star Experience. What's that old saying? "If it can go wrong, it WILL go wrong?" Well, in our transaction, it did. From negligent loan officers, to troublesome rental tenants, you name it... nearly everything went wrong while trying to purchase our new home. And that's exactly why I'm so thankful we chose Billee Silva as our agent. She was by far the most diligent, punctual, and proactive party in the entire transaction & always thinking one step ahead to make sure we closed successfully. She went full-throttle throughout the buying process from start to finish — from scouting out listings, to detailed showings, and going to bat for us throughout escrow. It's clear that Billee takes her profession seriously, cares about her clients, and has the industry knowledge + experience to make your transaction happen seamlessly. Thanks so much for all your hard work, Billee! You stuck with us from beginning to end and deserve every ounce of our business in the future. Job exceptionally well done!

Had an awesome experience with Billeee as our realtor. We gave her a full time job with our property and she got it closed. Would highly recommend!

Billee is one of a kind! She was so amazing to work with! We relocated from Michigan and Billee was with us every step of the way. Moving across the country can be extremely stressful, but Billee helped to make it a nice, smooth process. We told her what we were looking for in a home and we trusted that she would find it. Needless to say, she found us the perfect home! Billee is extremely kind, honest and thorough. She isn’t about making a “quick sale” ~ she is all about making sure you will be happy with your new home. I can’t say enough good things about her. She even kept in touch after we closed to make sure we were enjoying the new home and getting settled in okay. Billee was the first person we met in Fort Myers, and I feel like we have a lifelong friend. I highly recommend Billee to anyone who is looking to purchase a home! Thanks for everything Billee! We appreciate you so much!

Billee Silva is a very professional and well- versed agent in the Ft Meyers area. We looked at properties with her and ultimately bought from out of state, sight-unseen, completely out of our comfort zone. She was very responsive and knowledgeable in this process, guiding us every step of the way. When we saw the property we were extremely pleased. There were no unexpected suprises or issues, which speaks to her honesty and communication on several of our video tours. She is not only an outstanding agent but a great person. We would definitely use Billee again and confidently recommend her in any realestate transaction.

Billee is a total professional who knows the market and is well connected and we appreciated that she is a full time agent. We were out of town buyers, buying sight-unseen, and she was amazing in walking us through the process. This was definitely out of our comfort zone but she did as much as possible to ease our concerns. Ultimately, we were very pleased with the property and there were no unexpected issues or surprises. She was extremely responsive to any and all communications and was very well versed in the Ft Meyers market. Would we work with Billee again, absolutely!

Billee was the Best! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I I have recommended her to several friends and family. Wouldn’t want to use anyone else.

Billee is awesome. She was our realtor and quickly became our friend. Qualified, experienced and just a great person who knows her job. Trust her, we did and we're forever grateful.
