Billee is a fabulous choice as your realtor. She is one of the hardest working realtors and it reflects in her success as a top realtor in her firm. She listens and responds to you as a client and will not give up until you either have the home you want, or an exceptional offer on your home. As a seller, she persisted with photos until we had them "just right". Nothing less would do. As a long time Florida resident she knows SW Florida well and all the nuances that go with specific areas. Tell her what you want and she knows where to find it.

Billee was there for us from the first showing to the closing. Very professional and caring lady. She truly cares for her clients and it shows. She makes sure you understand every step of the process so your not caught short or surprised by some unknown item or detail.

Billee was recommended by a good friend and started showing us houses nearly a year ago when we talked about "maybe" moving to FL. She was always willing to help us, give us valuable info about the area and make us feel like we were her #1 client. We had a list of "must haves" and "nice to haves". I was worried that our list was going to be too difficult to meet. Billee found us a house that met EVERY "must have" and "nice to have". Billee isn't about quickly moving on to the next client, she's about finding the RIGHT house that will be perfect for your family. Billee is amazing and highly recommended to anyone looking for their dream house in SW Florida -- we found our dream house.

Billee has been absolutely wonderful. An out of state purchase can be very stressful but Billee made it a perfect experience. She did a video walk through of the house and then showed me the neighborhood. She responded to all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she researched it and called me back. I highly recommend her.

I met Billee and 2 other Agents before making the decision to work with her to sell my condo and purchase a new residence. From the start of our relationship she displayed a high level expertise of the process and market, she approached the transactions in a consultative and responsive manner and from the start I was able to gain her trust. Overall her performance was amazing. Her guidance was evident in several steps of the both the selling and purchasing process. I was able to complete them faster than expected and had a significant financial gain as a result. So I'm in the residence I targeted, much sooner than expected and did so by spending less.

Billee is very professional and respectful of all involved in the buying/selling process. As a seller, I believe my home was priced right and it sold for full price. I will ask her to sell other properties in the future.

I found Billee to be professional, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. She is EVERYTHING anyone might want in a broker. On a scale of one to five she is a ten.

If all real estate agents were like her it would actually be a great experience. I've dealt with many, She's, honest, understanding, and always returns calls and texts promptly. Only agent I'll ever deal with in SW Florida.

My wife and I have worked with numerous realtors over the years but Billee was by far the best and more than exceeded our expectations. She not only worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house but she was always available to answer our questions and explain everything in detail since Florida tends to do things a little differently. Not only did she negotiate us a fabulous deal in a very competitive market, but she got us insurance quotes, contractors, went above and beyond to guarantee everything went smoothly. We can't thank Billee enough for all she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Billee is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She is an incredible realtor and it was a pleasure working with her. I recommend her to anyone buying a home in swfl.

We cannot say enough about our experience with Billee Silva. She helped us find the perfect home in Cape Coral. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped us find a great home in the perfect neighborhood. Her honesty, energy and can do attitude made the process enjoyable. This was our 6th home purchase and easily the best experience. The Carey’s

Billie had an extensive knowledge of the Fort Myers Metro area and took us to view various properties based upon our criteria. We had a particular builder in mind and visited two of the developments. Since we are from Michigan, she wanted to confirm that we were certain of the area. Therefore, Billie took us to several new developments with another builder and we knew that was "The Place" for us.
